• Home comforts are offered through heated floors with individual thermostats, dimmed lighting and aromatherapy

• Web cams so you can view your pet via the Internet from anywhere, anytime
• Days devoted to fun, playtime and mentally challenging activities, including nature walks or the simple comfort of a resort specialist’s lap
• A complimentary bath and nail trim is included with all 5 night or more stays
• Pick up and drop off times:
  M-F: Drop off 7:00-9:00 am and 4:30-6:30 pm
  Pick up 8:00-11:00am and 4:30-6:30pm
  Weekends: By appointment only (No Day Care)
  Holidays: No pick up or drop off available

Your pet's overnight stay includes administration of oral medications, extended playtime, nature walks, complementary bath and nail trim after a five-day stay and mattress and pillow selections.

Our cat retreat is the sunniest room in the resort and each cat enjoys:

• A one or two level condo with a direct view of bird feeders and trees from a warm window
• Climbing on the cat tree, snuggling with a comfort specialist, napping on a kitty hammock or hunting for treat filled toys
• The calming Feline Facial Pheromone (Feliway) that is silently and continuously diffused to relax our guests

Guests have plenty of time and space to run and romp with quiet places for napping or relaxing with a treat or care giver.Playgroups, chosen based on temperament, energy level and physical stature are supervised by our highly trained and caring staff. Guests also have access to a variety of toys, play equipment and games designed to challenge, stimulate and build confidence.
